Your Role
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our R&D; Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). In this role, you will be responsible for achieving cost, quality,
time-to-market, innovation, and competitiveness goals in product development. As Product Development Manager, you will contribute to defining strategies and objectives and ensure the effective application of the Company's Global Solution Process with a focus on continuous improvement. You will oversee team activities while fostering professional development, manage design outsourcing and co-design with suppliers, and promote integration across product development areas.
Your Impact
Accountable for new product development process from design to the start of production. Ensure that product development meets objectives for cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation, and competitiveness. Collaborate in defining product development strategies and objectives aligned with company goals. Ensure the effective application of the Global Solution Process (GSP) and contribute to its continuous improvement.
