International Veterinary & Medical Device Sales Development Representative (Junior | Remote | Spanish, Fluent English, Italian and French or Spanish Speaking

GrowthMedics helps medical device, Veterinary, IVD, and healthcare manufacturers successfully expand across Europe and the Middle East. Acting as an extension of our clients' commercial teams, we support market entry through distributor development, hospital sales, business development, regulatory market access, and strategic growth initiatives in international markets.

This role is intended for Mid-Level Medical Device Sales Professionals (3–6 years of experience) who enjoy prospecting, lead generation, driving sales through clinics and distributors and outbound sales.

To be considered, you must have:
✔ 3–6 years of professional sales or business development experience
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience within selling veterinary devices. In addition having human medical device sales experience is a big plus.
✔ Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers,



or working with veterinary and medical device distributor
✔ Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting
✔ Fluent English, Spanish and French or Italian

The Role
This is an outbound new sales and business development role focused on generating and managing new commercial opportunities for veterinay device manufacturers across Europe. In your role as a fractional international sales manager you will manage up to 3 manufacturers with different product groups and drive their European expansion. You will manage 2 veterinary device manufacturers in IVD and Woundcare and a medical device manufacturer.

The majority of your time will be spent identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach across European markets, outside field trips visiting distributors, clinics and tradeshows, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and building sales pipeline. You will be
