QualificationsProven experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably with a mix of well-established large organisation and smaller growing organisation.
Familiarity with HR best practices and the implementation of such practices into a blank canvas Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business growth objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and EnglishHands-on, pragmatic approach with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
