The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting and finance operations, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach. This position requires someone who is responsible, reliable,



and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done — even when the task goes beyond a standard job description.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountingManage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP and company policies.Handle supplier invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.Liaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and auditors when required.Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation and control.Office SupportSupport general office management — supplier coordination, utilities, and service contracts.Maintain and organize administrative records, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.Assist with procurement and logistics documentation when needed.Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with tax, accounting, and local employment regulations.Prepare or support the preparation of financial and operational reports for management.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant work ex
