This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact product engineering team within an early-stage, fully distributed software environment.
You’ll guide a compact group of engineers responsible for turning customer needs into valuable, reliable product capabilities.
The team works across cloud spend management, data pipelines, visualization, and intuitive product experiences.
You’ll partner closely with Product and Design to ensure engineering priorities remain aligned with customer needs and business goals.
The role combines people leadership, delivery ownership, technical judgment, and organizational development.
You’ll have meaningful influence over engineering standards, team growth, hiring, and how products move from idea to launch.

Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, develop, and grow a compact product engineering team while maintaining a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.
- Establish clear priorities, maintain alignment across the team, remove delivery blockers, and ensure consistent progress toward product goals.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to translate customer needs and business priorities into focused engineering initiatives.
- Guide the team in balancing delivery speed, technical quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability when making engineering tradeoffs.
- Enable engineers to take ownership of features from initial concepts and technical planning through implementation, testing, and launch.
- Establish and maintain practical standards for software design, testing, documentation, technical decisions, and engineering processes.
