Sendcloud, Florence Office (2+ days in office), is seeking a Growth Customer Success Manager to grow revenue within the current Italian client base. You’ll own renewals, drive upsell and cross-sell, and craft tailored engagement strategies while collaborating across departments to scale success.
You’ll bring 1–2 years in customer success or commercial roles, a commercial mindset, and fluency in Italian and English. Proficiency with Hubspot or Gainsight helps monitor health and pipeline.
