Your Key Responsibilities
You'll be the operational backbone for the CEO, CTO, CRO, and Sales Director — keeping their time, priorities, and commitments moving without friction. This is a high-trust, high-context role at a company scaling fast across Italy, Germany, and Spain, with frequent travel across Europe and the US. You will see everything and be trusted with everything.
Calendar & time management
- Own and defend the calendars of four executives with competing priorities; make trade‑off calls on what gets scheduled, moved, or declined
- Resolve conflicts proactively before they surface; protect focus time and prep windows
- Coordinate across time zones for international meetings, investor calls, and cross‑market work
Travel & logistics
- Plan and book complex multi‑leg travel across Europe and the US — flights, hotels, ground transport, visas where needed
- Build
