- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support achievement of Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC) objectives.
- Supervise construction and maintenance projects within the facility.
- Assist in the implementation of divisional and corporate policies.
- Maintain production schedules and quality requirements.
- Train, develop, coach, and evaluate maintenance employees.
- Ensure compliance with local and national labor agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Execute and oversee planned maintenance activities.
- Manage work assignments within budget, manpower, and timing constraints.
- Monitor maintenance performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
