We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Engagement Manager to support our sales activities while building strong, lasting relationships with customers. This hybrid role combines customer engagement and account management responsibilities to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering value to customers at every stage of their journey.
How will you do it
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Key customer questions, requests, and issue resolution




Lead customer engagements and oversee the successful delivery of strategic initiatives for reduce shrinkage.
Drive customer adoption, business value realization, and overall satisfaction.
Facilitate governance meetings, executive business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and ensure successful resolution of customer challenges.Monitor project health, milestones, deliverables, and customer success metrics.
Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives.
Champion the voice of the customer across the organization.
2+ years of experience in customer success, customer engagement, account management, or a related role.
~ Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships effectively.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
~ Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
