As our Asset Manager for Southern Europe, you are the force behind making our properties in Italy, Spain, and France perform, grow, and shine. You will champion Project Electrify across the region, putting a massive 250 million euro investment plan into action to unlock new revenue and elevate our locations. Working hand in hand with our Director of Asset Management, you will pitch bold commercial deals, refine regional models, and turn big ideas into signed contracts. You bring the vision and the numbers together, collaborating with local teams, city planners, and partners to shape what gets built where. Lead commercial leasing for retail, dining, and extra spaces from initial concept all the way to signed agreements.
Set strong commercial terms for rent, indexation, and incentives to protect long-term property value.
Build and test your own financial models to calculate yields, returns, and incremental revenue gains.
Pitch clear investment proposals to our leadership board to get exciting property projects greenlit.
Partner with on-the-ground operational teams to turn ambitious improvement plans into reality.
