Lilly is offering a six-month, full-time internship at its Sesto Fiorentino site to recent graduates in engineering, chemistry or biology. You will learn how the product is made by working on real processes in Formulation, Filling, and Packaging while reporting to the Operations Manager.
You will spend most time on production tasks, collaborating with Supervisors, Quality Assurance and line operators. English proficiency is essential, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset is expected.
