Act as a key driver for problem resolution, monitor application quality, and contribute to Proof-of-Concept studies and innovative projects.Embrace Agility: Work within an Agile framework to facilitate the seamless transition of services and ensure the continuous improvement of IT solutions.What You'll Bring:Must-Have Experience:5+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects.A strong background in software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.Nice-to-Have Skills:Proficiency in SQL and database querying.Experience with data mapping and data migration projects.Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools lik
