The Opportunity
As a Senior Engineering Manager at Agoda, you will lead multiple teams or a large engineering organization,
driving technical direction, organizational scale, and business impact. This position focuses on leading managers, shaping strategy, and driving cross‑team execution, especially in fintech‑related platforms and transaction‑heavy systems where scalability, resilience, security, and reliability are essential.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
Lead multiple engineering teams or a large organization.
Manage Engineering Managers, senior engineers, and technical leaders.
Drive strategic, cross‑team initiatives and major engineering programs.
Set the technical roadmap and align it with business goals.
Partner with senior leadership, including Directors, VPs, and C‑level stakeholders.
Develop engineering leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Hire and scale high‑performing teams and leadership talent.
Strengthen engineering culture through quality, ownership, and data‑driven decisions.
