Talent In Food is seeking an experienced R&D; Manager to lead product development and drive ongoing evolution of the portfolio. You will report to the Quality Manager and collaborate with CEO, Production, Sales and Procurement to deliver technically sound and scalable solutions.
You will manage development from concept to launch, balance innovation with quality and cost, and guide industrial trials and scale-up. Fluent Italian and English are required.
