The Social Hub in Bologna is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our venues, shaping service from the floor to the back office. You’ll bring energy, structure and heart to daily operations, ensuring guests have memorable moments.
You’ll manage a hands‑on team of supervisors and hosts, coach staff, optimize service flow and cost control, and partner with kitchen and marketing to keep the concept sharp. Fluent English and Italian are required, with additional languages a plus.
