SPAL is seeking a Sales Manager Distribution HQ to lead sales and business development across Europe, with heavy travel (>50%). You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and coordinate with aftermarket teams to grow revenue in bus, EV, and commercial vehicle segments.
The role requires 5+ years in Sales/BD, strong CRM discipline, and the ability to build relationships with fleet operators, distributors, and OEMs across multiple European markets.
