Our client, a leading foam manufacturing company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Packing Associate to join their team. As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging and Shipping Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependability, and a positive work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: 2nd Shift Packing Associate
Location: Hickory, NC
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
What’s the Job?
- Inspect finished foam products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers
- Stack and organize materials according to production specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals





What’s Needed?
- Previous packing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
