Location: Ontario, California Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

Position Summary
Aliquantum International Inc. (AQI) is seeking a hands-on and highly accountable Senior Staff Accountant to support our growing accounting organization. This position will serve as the senior day-to-day accounting resource responsible for ensuring Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), collections, and month-end close activities are completed accurately and on time.
The Senior Staff Accountant will oversee and support members of the accounting team while remaining actively involved in the work. This is not a position for someone who only wants to review or supervise from a distance. The successful candidate should be comfortable working through accounting details, solving problems, reviewing transactions, training junior staff,



and stepping into AR or AP responsibilities whenever necessary.
This position reports to the Financial Controller & Business Planning Manager and is intended for someone who wants to continue developing both technically and as a leader. A successful individual will have the opportunity to take on broader accounting responsibilities and potentially develop into an Accounting Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End Close & General Accounting
- Take an active role in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
