As our Employer Brand & Content Creator, you will help bring our employer brand to life and showcase what makes Baker Hughes exceptional. Supporting our Talent Acquisition team,

you will contribute to communications, social media, content creation, and employer branding initiatives that help candidates and employees connect with our purpose and culture.
You will help tell the stories of our people, our teams, and the impact we make on the world. You will play an active role in ensuring our employer brand reflects the experiences that matter most to employees and candidates across every stage of the talent journey.
As an Intern – Employer Brand & Content Creator , you will be responsible for:
Creating engaging content to support Talent Acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
Sharing authentic employee stories that showcase the Baker Hughes culture, purpose, and opportunities.
Managing and creating content for social media channels to attract and engage talent.
Developing employer branding guides, resources, and materials with internal and external partners.
Producing multimedia content
