Key responsibilities Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction.
Assuring highest care about People management.

Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).
Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.
Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and building a strategy
Promoting the continuous improvement of culture and sustainability of the program
Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture
Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities.
What we need from you Bachelor's degree in engineering/economics or master's in supply chain
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership attitude and people management skills
