Role Description
This is a tempo parziale, on-site Information Technology Support Specialist role based in Taino. The specialist will provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers and related devices.

Responsibilities include managing help desk requests, prioritizing and documenting incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of IT problems. The role involves installing, configuring, and updating systems and applications, as well as supporting network connectivity and basic infrastructure components in coordination with the wider IT team. The specialist will also contribute to user training, maintain clear documentation, and follow established IT policies and security practices.
