Educato AI is seeking a driven individual to lead our UGC program in Italy. You will identify and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram, negotiate rates, onboard campaigns, and manage ongoing partnerships with a focus on timely feedback and organized processes.
You will work closely with our global GTM team to learn the campaign playbook and scale the creator program in the Italian market, enjoying ownership, competitive local pay, and growth opportunities within the company.
