The Group Chief Executive Officer will hold full P&L; responsibility and lead the long-term strategic, organizational and operational development of the Group. The role is based in Northern Italy with frequent travels abroad and reports to the board.
Required are degrees in economics or engineering, an MBA is a plus, and fluency in Italian and English. Proven CEO/GM experience in international industrial environments and a strong track record in growth and expansion are essential.
