Field Service Lead – Rotating Equipment

Sulzer is seeking a Lead Service Technician (Field) to install, configure, calibrate, and repair rotating equipment, primarily centrifugal pumps, at customer sites globally. The role requires autonomous field work, training of customer staff, and adherence to HSEQ standards.
Based in Italy, the candidate will travel extensively (approx. 80% at customer sites, 20% in service centers) and report to the Services Field Service Manager. Fluent Italian and English are mandatory, with Spanish as a plus.
