What we offer
- Hourly rate: €20 gross/hour, paid within 30 days after project completion.
- Flexible schedule: You decide your level of involvement — some collaborators cover 400-500 hours per school year, while others prefer shorter commitments.

Who we are looking for

Previous teaching experience is not required, but a natural ability to connect with children and a genuine interest in education are essential.
- Energetic, patient, and creative in working with young learners;
- Open to experiential and play-based approaches (music, movement, theatre, art, STEM);




- Reliable and eager to learn within a structured educational framework;
