What You Can Expect:

As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and
executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, primarily through acquiring
new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will play a key role in
representing Rhenus Air & Ocean, understanding customer needs, and providing
tailored logistics solutions that meet their business objectives. Our vision is
to understand our customers like no other and challenge ourselves to improve
every single day to make logistics simple.

You will be contributing to that vision by…

* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies
to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Italy.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the
logistics and supply chain sectors. Conduct market research to understand
client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support. Act as




the primary point of contact for key accounts.
* Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to
potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our logistics services.
* Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable
terms for both the company and the customer.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
* Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior
management, detailing progress against targets and identifying areas for
improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations,
customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and
customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within global
forwarding,
* Fluent in Italian and English,
