Procurement Internship

Position

During this 6-months internship, you will join the Procurement Function and will support the team in all the activities related to the function.
Job Responsibilities
In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Support the decision-making analysis concerning procurement through the management and update of internal databases
- Support the management, classification and monitoring of suppliers and the relative purchasing contracts
- Use and management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
- Support the team in sourcing, contracting and purchasing processes
- Support the team in international procurement projects
- Operatively support the back-office activities of the team

Profile
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
- IT abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
- Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written

- Internship Benefits:
- Monthly Gross Compensation: 800€
- Ticket Restaurants: 8€ per working days
