The Interior Design Department plays a strategic role within Molteni&C;, acting as the link between design, sales, and production. The team supports showrooms, partners, and clients worldwide by developing interior design projects, layouts, and technical documentation, ensuring coherence with the brand’s design language, product systems, and technical standards.
THE PROGRAM
The Molteni&C; Global Interior Design Programme is a structured job rotation internship programme designed to develop young talents and prepare them for an international career within the Group.
The programme starts with an internship assignment in the Interior Design Department at the Group Headquarters in Giussano ,
where participants will build a solid foundation in interior design processes, tools, and methodologies.
During the programme, participants will rotate through different departments, gaining cross-functional exposure and developing a comprehensive understanding of the business.
The final goal of the programme is to build, assess, and consolidate technical, sales and interpersonal competencies, with the objective of preparing participants for a future international assignment within one of the Molteni Group showrooms worldwide.
LEARNING GOALS
- Management of the “customer requirements scheme” working on layouts.
