Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of Premium Fashion Brand we are looking for an:

Executive Assistant

The incumbent will support the COO in both strategic and operational coordination, contributing to organizational effectiveness and the management of company priorities.
Support the definition of corporate objectives and monitor key KPIs, contributing to the overall vision and achievement of results;
Act as a liaison between the COO and both internal and external stakeholders, preparing communication materials such as speeches, Board of Directors presentations, and company newsletters;
Filter and manage requests addressed to the COO, independently resolving operational matters and ensuring that management remains focused on high-impact activities.

Degree in Economics,



Management, Business, or Marketing;
~+5 years of experience in a similar role;
~ Knowledge of the fashion industry and its organizational dynamics;
~ Excellent knowledge of English;
~ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
~ Analytical mindset and solid project management skills;
~ Discretion, professional presence, and emotional intelligence in handling sensitive and/or confidential matters.
