We are looking for a Quality Key Account Engineer to join our team in Turin.
Be the interface for quality customer assigned
Escalate and report to the management about main open points and roadblock
Supervise the Quality Annexes of the Supply Agreement with the Customer
Collaborate with Warranty Team to recognize warranty costs to the customer from a technical point of view
Identify the best practices to be customized on FPT and across the product
Analyze the product to find new improvements
Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or equivalent).
~ Good interpersonal skills
~ Passion for Powertrain Business or Quality Business
~ Language skills: Business fluent Italian and English skills, spoken and written.
~ Flexibility on international travels
~1/2 years of previous experiences will be considered as a plus
