We are looking for a Work Analysis/Manufacturing Planning Manager to join the Electronics Corbetta Plant - Production, Planning & Control Department team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Corbetta.
As the Work Analysis/Manufacturing Planning Manager, you will coordinate the Production Planning & Control Team within the Electronics Systems Corbetta Plant by ensuring the application of worldwide standards related to blue-collar manpower management, cycle time analysis, and production performance measurement and improvement.
Support plant efficiency analysis and productivity improvement planning;
Maximize production output with minimal resources (headcount, materials, equipment);
Capture production results and define required actions;
Calculate and optimize required manpower based on customer demand and equipment/l
