This person will be responsible for testing Topcon's full product line of Construction and Machine Control solutions.Job Duties:* Mentor and develop a team of QA and System Test Engineers* Build cross-functional relationships and champion teams to successfully deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.* Drive quality and compliance throughout Topcon’s software development/QA testing process and Topcon’s products.* Manage the quality assurance of complete machine control systems including new hardware and software components designed locally and elsewhere.* Provide expertise to engineering and product development teams in all areas of software quality and identify meaningful trends and practices so products are released quickly and confidently.* Assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing and evaluate the precision and accuracy of
