Location: Milan, Italy | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements:
Valid working visa for EU | Language Requirements: Professional/fluent level English and Italian, both written and verbal
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialist with hands‑on experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migration projects and deep expertise in identity, access management, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution
- Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges , including Entra ID (Azure AD
