Network Services Governance & Administration Manager

GOSP provides shared services to the Group companies. The Local Network department is responsible for managing and governing local network services at a European level, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with corporate guidelines, and process optimisation. The resource will be responsible for the administrative management of contracts related to local network services, project governance, and European budget monitoring. They will define guidelines and projects for the delivered services, collaborating with other departments and internal customers to gather requirements and configure the ServiceNow tool sections dedicated to the Local Network area.
Responsibilities Administrative management of Local Network department contracts
Supervision of project governance and delivery processes
Planning and monitoring of the European budget
Definition of guidelines and projects for local network services
Configuration and optimisation of ServiceNow tool sections dedicated to service management
Support for audit and compliance activities
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
3–5 years of experience in administrative/contract management and IT governance
Knowledge of IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow)
Skills in budgeting and financial analysis
Fluent English (mandatory); French is a nice‐to‐have
Familiarity with international contexts and complex organisational structures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attitude for cross‐functional collaboration
Willingness to interact with teams distributed across multiple European countries
Knowledge of ITIL processes is considered a plus
Experience in digital transformation projects and process optimisation
