As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.
You’ll take full ownership from planning to execution,



coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.

Plan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients.
Drive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301’s strategy.
Build and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control.
Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.

5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
~ Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
~ Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
~ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills a
