We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to be based in Milano Italy. The position will report to the Sales Director at the same location and will support Fluke CMA business for Italy and Benelux
An Inside Sales Specialist’s job is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and sales strategies, ultimately driving revenue growth. They primarily use phone and email, but also other virtual communication tools to connect with potential and existing customers.
Nurturing leads by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and demonstrating the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
Sales & Closing
Presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Service
Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Database Management
Maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate information and facilitating follow-up activities.
Product Knowledge
Staying up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to customers.
Reporting & Analysis
Tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve sales strategies.
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels like online research, social media, and referrals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English language, to build rapport with customers and effectively convey information.
Sales Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.
Customer Service Skills: Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.
Computer Proficiency: Ability to use CRM software, email, and other online tools.
Understanding of the sales process, market trend
