Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Hardware Customer Care Specialist to provide high-level technical support for industrial hardware platforms based on PC x86/x64 and ARM. You will manage post‐sales inquiries, troubleshoot hardware issues, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams in a hybrid role based in Artegna, Italy.

You will handle support tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and advise on spare parts to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complex problems.
