Haier Europe seeks a Digital Analytics Web Performance Specialist to own GA4 analytics, CRO platforms, and multi-market data-driven optimization. You will manage dashboards, track KPIs, and collaborate with UX, DTC, and Marketing teams to enhance the user experience across Haier Europe websites.

You will oversee CRO tools, guide testing initiatives, and ensure accurate data collection, attribution, and ROAS. A hybrid work model with Lavoro da remoto is available in Italy.
