Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products. /p h3About the Team /h3 pYou will work in the Turbomachinery Technology Lab (TTL) part of the Innovation organization in the Industrial Energy Technology business (IET). You will head up validation test projects for product development programs, support Service/Production Testing needs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, service, production, and metrology departments, as well as with external stakeholders such as testing institutions and universities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate internal and external teams (including external partners and/or laboratories) across the full test cycle (from preliminary estimations through design, installation, and commissioning, to test execution and disassembly); /li liAct as the main technical interface between the TTL team and all the functions involved in the project, ensuring to meet the test requirements and driving the team until the test project completion; /li liCreate cost estimation and time schedule for validation activities in collaboration with the project team; /li liBe the focal point for design and construction of test facilities,



measuring systems and test execution; /li liHSE is consistently prioritized throughout the entire project execution. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liHold an MSc degree in Engineering (preferably in industrial disciplines such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy, Electrical, or Naval Engineering), or have proven experience in these fields; /li liHave 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment (preferably in power generation, turbomachinery, power plants, oil and gas, or rotating equipment); /li liHave experience with new products/new technologies verification testing; /li liHave exposure to electrical, mechanical and thermodynamics quantities measure principles; /li liHave exposure to turbomachinery fundamentals and be able to understand thermodynamic and fluid dynamics principles and applied to turbomachinery performances; /li liHave a good ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, PID and wiring diagram; /li liDemonstrate good communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix environment; /li liStrong decision-making capability, organizational and time management skills; /li liBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
