In qualità di azienda operante nell'industria della moda di lusso con un resistente profilo etico, siamo leader e innovatori nel settore. /ph3Role Overview /h3pThe Shoes Cost Timing Specialist is part of the Shoes Business Unit based in our Novara Office and reports to the Shoes Production Manager.This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost management and efficient timing across the Shoes collection development process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Purchasing teams. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the calculation and analysis of sampling and production costs for each style, ensuring all relevant cost components are consistently updated in the system. /liliPartner with the Product and Merchandising teams to monitor style margins and recommend corrective actions in case of deviations from target costs. /liliPartner with Product and Production to negotiate prices with suppliers and secure margin objectives. /liliSupport the preparation of regular reports and analyses on costs and profit margins, ensuring accurate and timely performance tracking. /liliOversee cost trends throughout the collection development process, ensuring alignment with the established budget. /li /ulh3Your Talent /h3ulli2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion and Shoes industry.



/liliSolid understanding of costing processes and production/sampling dynamics specific to Shoes collections. /liliProficiency in Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) as well as key cost analysis tools. /liliProven experience in partnering with Product and Production for negotiations with suppliers and budget management. /liliStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and a results-driven approach. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Salary Range /h3p€ 30.000 - € 35.000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL). /ph3Inclusion Commitment /h3pA noi di Stella McCartney piace essere audaci.
