ph3Family Advocacy Program Assistant (FAPA) /h3pCoho Integrated Solutions is seeking a qualified Family Advocacy Program Assistant (FAPA) to support the Department of the Air Force Family Advocacy Program in Aviano, Pordenone, Italy. The FAPA provides administrative, technical, data management, prevention, and program support to the multidisciplinary FAP team. /ppThe position supports the maltreatment intervention, New Parent Support Program, and secondary prevention components while assisting with program documentation, reporting, educational activities, and computer resources. /ppbResponsibilities (include but are not limited to): /b /pulliProvide administrative, technical, and prevention support to the Family Advocacy Program. /liliSupport FAP maltreatment intervention, NPSP, and secondary prevention activities. /liliMaintain automated data collection systems, including FAPNet, and ensure timely data entry. /liliMaintain and manage program computer resources and applicable software systems. /liliCompile statistical information and assist with patient satisfaction, recidivism, and clinical outcome measures. /liliPrepare meeting minutes, agendas, contact notes, notification letters, and other written communications as directed. /liliAssist with administration, processing, and scoring of data collection and measurement instruments. /liliSupport prevention personnel with educational presentations, briefings, community activities, and other approved prevention initiatives. /liliAssist with development and implementation of educational curricula containing defined learning objectives and outcomes. /liliCoordinate with FAP staff to support NPSP and other prevention activities. /liliIn the absence of a FAIS, provide orientation and annual training to Squadron Commanders and First Sergeants as directed by the FAP Manager. /liliMaintain accurate administrative and program documentation in accordance with applicable FAP standards. /li /ulpbEssential Job Qualifications and Requirements: /b /pullibClearance:



/bulliMust be eligible for and maintain required privileging within the Military Treatment Facility /liliMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination in accordance with applicable contract and government requirements /li /ul /lilibEducation, Licensure, and Certifications: /bulliAssociate's degree in education, teacher certification, social behavior, human behavior, health care, or a related field /liliBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification /li /ul /lilibRequired Experience: /bulliMinimum of one year of experience working in a setting providing domestic abuse, child maltreatment, or mental health treatment /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable databases and software programs /liliExperience developing educational curricula with defined learning objectives and outcomes /li /ul /lilibPhysical Requirements: /bulliAbility to work at a computer for extended periods. /liliAbility to support meetings, presentations, training, and community activities as required /li /ul /liliWork is primarily performed in an office and professional administrative environment, with occasional community outreach, training, presentation, and prevention activities /li /ulpPosition Pay Range /pp$50,000 - $65,000 USD /ppbAbout Copper River The Native Village of Eyak: /b /ppOwned by the Native Village of Eyak (NVE), a federally recognized Alaska Native Tribe, the Copper River Family of Companies are a collection of entities that deliver a complementary set of solutions and services to support the diverse missions and requirements of our clients.
