Make It Possible. /b /p pYou will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chainefficiency.In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives withstrategic customers. /p pbHow You Will Contribute /b /p pYou will: /p ul liM anage the customer collaboration agenda for the Italian fresh market /li liDesign and own joint business plans with customers with a strategic focused agenda, enhancing the digitalization journey. /li liImprove value and service to customers and increase supply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customer performance /li liEstablish solid and strategic relationships with customers to achieve long-term cooperation and business partnerships. /li liHelp achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally /li liDeliver the local action plan for CSL Advantage score improvement, enhancing the order communication directly with customers /li liWork with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives /li liAnalyze, report and support necessary improvements in Route to market area (drop size, case pick, OTIF). /li /ul pbWhat You Will Bring /b /p ul liExperience in CSL functions, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management /li liAble to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering timelines and KPI /li liStrong analytical and problem solving skills /li liSAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office /li liCustomer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills /li liTeam player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility /li liAble to collaborate, influence and apply commercial awareness with an E2E approach /li /ul pbWhat you need to know about this position:



/b /p ul liThe role requires daily interaction with customers and internal stakeholders – communication skills are essential /li liThe work is fast-paced and requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously /li liData-driven decision making is a core part of the role – you should be comfortable working with numbers,reports and systems /li liThe role demands independent problem-solving skills, but also close collaboration with cross-functional teams /li /ul pbWhat extra ingredients you will bring: /b /p ul liKnowledge of the Italian market—particularly regarding its fragmentation and distribution channels is a plus. /li liIt is absolutely essential to be a native speaker or fluent in Italian, as you will need to interact daily with the sales team, customers and 3PL. /li liAbility to build trustworthy and long-lasting customer relationships /li liNatural curiosity and a genuine desire to understand the customer’s business in depth /li liAbility to communicate complex matters clearly and understandably /li liDigital fluency – you adopt new tools and systems quickly /li liPrecision and conscientiousness combined with an agile way of working /li /ul pWhat you bring matters, and so does what you take home.
