With a strong international presence, the group operates worldwide through its subsidiaries across North America, Europe, Asia and South America.As part of the development of our Customer Service team, we are looking for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/F to join our headquarters in Italy. Reporting to the Technical Manager,



your main responsibilities will include:Installing and commissioning our machines at customer sites across Europe.Training users on how to operate the equipmentDiagnosing breakdowns and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.Providing on-site and remote technical supportParticipating in machine testing and validation activities in collaboration with the production teamsEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and strong customer-service orientationYour profileFluent French and professional-level English or Italian5 to 7 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenanceProven experience working with CNC machinesGood mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawingsProficiency in measurement instruments and standard office softwareWillingness to travel throughout Europe, approximately 50% of the timeWhat we offerA permanent contract based in Ponte San Pietro, ItalyRelocation supportComprehensive training on our technologiesAn international working environment with opportunities for career development.Attractive travel allowances
