We’re looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm! /ph3Job Overview: /h3pIt’s an awesome opportunity for a motivated and skilled Logistics Manager. /ppYou will work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, tech, and Customer care’departments, managing and coordinating depots and courier partners and optimizing all the logistics processes and flows. /ph3Responsibilities and Duties: /h3ullipYou will have a key role to select the best couriers supplier and shipping techniques /p /lilipYou will coordinate the Itinerary planning, the invoice processing and the suppliers /p /lilipYou will analyze and be responsible of the performance of each logistics partner in your area, also making sure that all the couriers and depot staff are fully trained /p /lilipYou will support the sales team,



regarding customer proposals and rate negotiations /p /lilipYou will manage network volumes and optimize all the logistics processes /p /lilipYou will plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. /p /lilipYou will implement and update the metrics, in a spirit of continuous improvement /p /lilipYou will draft and evaluate the budgetsexpenses, be focused on cost optimization /p /lilipFrequent business travel are requested /p /li /ulh3Key Skills: /h3ullipBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field /p /lilip4+ years’ experience in the role of “Logistic Manager” or similar /p /lilipExperience in E-commerce and/or parcel logistics /p /lilipProven track record of success exceeding goals /p /lilipOrganizational and operations and/or project management experience /p /lilipExcellent knowledge of the "logistics and transport" sector /p /lilipPeople and partner management skills /p /lilipExperience managing and building relationships with 3rd parties /p /lilipHigh level of analytical skills and knowledge /p /lilipLogistics processes, reporting, and analytics experience /p /lilipExperience coming up with creative solutions and problem solving /p /lilipFluent in English /p /lilipExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
