ph3Senior IT Business Analyst - Relocation to Belgium /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium. /p pEU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be willing to relocate to Brussels when not based in Belgium. A work permit is not provided. This position is open for employees and contractors. Candidates need to be fluent in English. Travel is not required for the interviews. /p h3Tasks and responsibilities: /h3 ul liPreparation of business requirements and approval of specifications; /li liManagement of changes requests; /li liCoordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries; /li liReporting of status of IT module to stakeholders; /li liAssistance with preparation of guidelines and training materials; /li liAssistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents; /li liInteraction with the business analysts, customers, users, project leaders and the developers; /li liParticipation in working groups,



progress meetings and meetings with the users; /li /ul h3Profile: /h3 ul liBachelor or Master's degree; /li li+5 years relevant experience in IT business analysis; /li liGood knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.); /li liGood knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value; /li liStrong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis; /li liGood knowledge of large organization administrative business processes; /li liAbility to give business and technical presentations; /li liVery good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences; /li liAnalysis and problem solving skills; /li liCapability to write clear and structured business requirements documents; /li liCertificate in Agile methodology would be a plus; /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
