It combines the proven reliability of superconducting circuits with a breakthrough approach to qubit control, paving the way for quantum computers capable of solving the world’s most challenging problems. /p pWe are seeking abQuantum Measurement Engineer /bto design, implement, and optimize high-fidelity measurement and control of superconducting qubits. /p h3bWhat You'll be doing /b /h3 ul lipDesign, implement, and optimize qubit readout and control chains for superconducting quantum processors /p /li lipDevelop measurement protocols for qubit characterization (T₁, T₂, Ramsey, echo, RB, readout fidelity, crosstalk, etc.) /p /li lipOptimize signal-to-noise ratio and measurement fidelity under realistic hardware constraints /p /li lipDevelop and maintain experimental control software (Python-based stacks, FPGA or AWG integration) /p /li lipAnalyze experimental data and compare results with theoretical models and simulations /p /li lipCollaborate closely with device physicists, fabrication teams, and system engineers to improve hardware performance /p /li lipContribute to scalable measurement architectures and automation for large-qubit systems /p /li lipDocument experimental procedures and results clearly for internal and external communication /p /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul lipPhD or MSc in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering,



or a related field /p /li lipAt least +5y of strong hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or closely related quantum hardware. /p /li lipPractical experience with microwave engineering (GHz electronics, IQ mixers, amplifiers, VNAs) /p /li lipSolid understanding of quantum measurement theory and qubit decoherence mechanisms /p /li lipExperience operating cryogenic systems, especially dilution refrigerators /p /li lipProficiency in Python for experiment control and data analysis /p /li lipFamiliarity with lab automation and measurement frameworks /p /li lipAbility to debug complex experimental setups across hardware and software layers /p /li /ul pEvery job has its challenges, and this one is no exception.
