ph3Questa posizione è in Iveco Group /h3pIl processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito Iveco Group. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases /liliApply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like: /liliData mining using corporate tools /liliAnalysis of system logs and specific data collection /liliPerformance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues /liliWork with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team /liliProvide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities /li /ulh3Your Qualifications Skills /h3ulliDegree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar /liliExperience with complex systems and troubleshooting techniques /liliFamiliarity with software development /liliPrevious experience in power electronics or EV charging infrastructures is an advantage /liliSelf-reliant and meticulous work style with an analytical mindset /liliAttention to detail, teamwork and good communication skills /liliFluent in English, italian and/or German are a plus /li /ulh3OUR COMMITMENT /h3ulliInnovative work environment in a young,
