This organisation delivers full turnkey mission-critical projects across Europe, working with global technology clients on some of the most technically complex and high-value construction programmes currently in development. As EHS Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Safety Lead and wider site management team to ensure the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety compliance across all project activities. This is a site-based position offering long-term progression, exposure to flagship European projects, and an excellent overseas package. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliEnsure full compliance with project Safety Management Systems and statutory legislation /liliReview and monitor RAMS, Permit to Work systems, and Safe Plans of Action /liliMaintain high standards of safety culture across subcontractors and site teams /liliCarry out regular audits, inspections,
and corrective action follow-ups /liliManage ongoing COSHH / hazardous substance control and reporting /liliMaintain statutory inspection registers for tools, plant, and site equipment /liliCoordinate and deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings /liliAssist with accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and reporting /liliAttend daily activity briefings and whiteboard planning meetings /liliSupport environmental initiatives including waste reduction and recycling compliance /liliPromote proactive safety interventions and continuous improvement across site /li /ulpSkills Qualifications /pulliDegree or recognised qualification in Environmental Health Safety /liliMinimum 3+ years' experience on large-scale xysqume construction projects /liliData centre or mission-critical experience highly advantageous /liliStrong understanding of current EHS legislation and best practice /liliConfident communicator with strong organisational and reporting skills /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams /liliProcess-driven mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach /li /ulpWhat's on Offer /pulliLong-term pipeline of mission-critical projects across Europe /liliStrong career progression and professional development support /liliCompetitive salary and full overseas package including: Rotation + Accommodation + Transport + Monthly Living Allowance /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
