ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pSi assicuri di leggere l'intera descrizione riportata di seguito e di candidarsi immediatamente se è sicuro/a di soddisfare tutti i requisiti. /p pThis key part of our business makes sure we fulfil and dispatch orders efficiently so that our customers get their items on time. /p pAs an Area Manager, you'll make sure your site is running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet customer demand. /p pYou will be leading a team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality and taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing /li liAnalyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level /li liOversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility /li liAnalyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence /li liWork collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices /li /ul h3A day in the life /h3 pYou’ll work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, making sure it is as productive as it can be. /p pYour main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. /p pYou’ll also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation. /p pA typical day is varied, including everything from routine team management and daily operational responsibilities to process improvement and wide scale operational contingency tasks. /p pYou’ll also be a role model and mentor to new managers. /p h3About the team /h3 pCustomer Fulfilment, or CF, is where it all started for Amazon. /p pCF has scaled up from a humble team of booksellers to a sophisticated global team which handles more than 1.5 million orders every day.



/p pThe team is the foundation of our business and its efforts have helped us diversify across new regions and services. /p pWith the help of emerging technology, we’re always looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range – delivered quickly and affordably. /p pThe CF team are the first people in the chain that helps customers get products at the speed we’re known for. /p pWe’re based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon’s fast paced Operations network. /p pOur centres are sometimes referred to as the ‘First Mile’ because it’s where most Amazon packages start their journey. /p pWe help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock. /p pLots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centers, so there are plenty of opportunities for every skillset. /p pSome of us work with physical products, while others analyze data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions. /p pThe applicable collective agreement (CCNL) for this role is Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione. /p pThe position is classified at level 1 or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience. /p pThe minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. /p pThe base salary listed corresponds to working on a full time basis. /p pFor tempo parziale hours, the salary will be pro-rated. /p pAmazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate’s skills, competencies, and experience. /p pAmazon's package may include a sign on payment. /p pIn addition,
