The successful candidate will support the management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation of enterprise network and security infrastructures, contributing to the reliability, performance, and security of the Bank's network environment. /b /p h3Activities /h3 ul liMonitor and manage network infrastructure environments. /li liSupport the configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers. /li liTroubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, and security-related issues. /li liSupport infrastructure implementation and change activities. /li liManage incidents, service requests, and change tickets using ServiceNow. /li liProduce, update, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks. /li liCreate and update network diagrams, data center layouts, and logical/physical topology documentation using Microsoft Visio. /li liCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service continuity and infrastructure improvements. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the proper operation and availability of network and security services. /li liPerform first and second-level troubleshooting of network incidents. /li liSupport firewall policy implementation and VPN connectivity management. /li liParticipate in change management activities according to ITIL processes. /li liMaintain accurate network documentation and architecture diagrams. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and infrastructure optimization projects. /li liEscalate critical issues when required and support resolution activities. /li liEnsure compliance with internal security standards and operational procedures. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liExperience of at least b1-3 years /b in a Network Engineer or similar infrastructure role. /li liAbility to manage critical situations through good decision-making and problem-solving skills. /li liDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering,



Information Technology, or equivalent field. /li liGood knowledge of the English language (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken. /li liSolid understanding of: /li liTCP/IP /li liRouting and Switching /li liVLANs /li liDNS, DHCP, NAT /li liBasic BGP knowledge /li liEnterprise networking concepts /li liKnowledge of network security concepts: /li liFirewall policy management /li liAccess Control Lists (ACLs) /li liSite-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs /li liPerimeter security /li liFamiliarity with: /li liCheck Point Firewalls /li liPalo Alto Networks Firewalls /li liCisco Nexus platforms /li liCisco IOS /li liData Center and Enterprise Network environments /li liBasic knowledge of: /li liF5 BIG-IP /li liLayer 4 and Layer 7 Load Balancing /li liVirtual Servers, Pools, and Health Checks /li liExperience with IT Service Management processes and ticketing systems, preferably: /li liServiceNow /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Visio and technical documentation standards /li liFamiliarity with network monitoring tools. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCisco CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification. /li liExperience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools. /li liUnderstanding of ITIL processes and best practices. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong problem-solving attitude. /li liTeamwork and collaboration skills. /li liGood communication skills. /li liProactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies. /li liAbility to prioritize tasks and manage incidents effectively. /li liAttention to detail and documentation quality. /li /ul h3Contract Offer /h3 pbWorking conditions: /b Fixed-term employment contract - Maternity Leave bWorking hours: /b Tempo pieno (37 hours per week)
